Welcome to Mindful. Learning Studio! My name is Jessica, and I'm excited to bring a new concept of tutoring to the Rapid City community. As a wife, mother, and teacher, I've spent years learning and understanding the importance of children being able to access their education... no matter their ability level. A teacher can play a significant role in nurturing and empowering children to be mindful in their learning while teaching them to take responsibility in their educational journey. My qualifications are: a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a focus in Early Childhood Development, first hand experience in behavior management techniques, and years of vested interest in helping children become successful in their education. All of these skills have been utilized within the classroom, as well as with our own children as we've navigated their educational journey. I believe in relationships, with children and parents, and have seen the power and progress in trust. No matter your education preference, homeschool, private school, or public school, together, we can create a supportive environment that nurtures curiosity and encourages development.
